What causes renal diseases? How to stop the spreading?
We always strive
to find a breakthrough in getting free from renal disease, but most of us
forget to consider the facts that have caused them. You will get handy with the

of renal diseases are diabetes and high blood pressure. Changes in the body
start developing as soon as these two lethal causes afflict the kidneys.

Diabetes is the
imbalance of blood glucose levels in the blood. We all popularly have known as
the problem of sugar levels in the blood. It is a disease that damages the
blood vessels by suppressing the kidney's functioning. It makes the kidneys to
filter the filtered blood because of which the kidneys start aging early.
High blood pressure is a problem of persistent high flow of blood from the heart. It is
also known as Hypertension that also damages the blood vessels by forcing them
to transport the blood with extra pressure. Kidneys are the delicate organs
that acquire a moderate pressure. Neither the reduced blood flow is healthy nor
the high. It is a common problem during kidney diseases that may also affect
the functioning of all the associated organs.
But how do these
disorders come into existence, and how they become a cause of renal diseases?
Both these questions have only one answer, and that is an inappropriate
lifestyle and dietary habits. We humans often forget to think this way and rush
towards the quick-fix treatment that is allopathic treatment. It is a type of
treatment that provides chemically made pills that make us habitual of
consuming them for inevitable results. Then these habits become another cause
of renal diseases.
Dietary causes
often include problems like the excessive consumption of oily, spicy, and junk
food that doesn't go well with the body's functioning, and we eventually get
intervened by renal diseases.
Also, if the
lifestyle changes are more frequent or if you are not giving much time to your
body to accept the frequent changes, then the chances are that it will affect
the kidneys to a cellular level. People involved in gyming and athletic
activities more than they should; may have the highest chance of getting
attacked by renal diseases anytime soon.
Ayurveda
explains that human anatomy is made of three energies that are Vatta, Pitta,
and Kapha. It is needed to have balance in all these three energies
irrespective of the dominance. Aggravation in either of these energies results
in damage to the specific organs and the functioning of human anatomy.
It also explains
that kidneys are the part of Mutravaha Srotra' (The urinary system), and they
should be taken care of very well. The constant changes occurring in the body
affects humans massively and resonates in renal diseases.
Despite all the
explicit versions of diseases, Ayurveda offers protection to sustain a healthy
life and body. It manages the functioning of the internal body by modifying the
diet and lifestyle of an individual.
